Adults of all fitness levels can take part in my exercise programs.  In chair or high air – all fitness abilities supported and challenged. No specific equipment is needed, unless provided. (one2one & face2face sessions).  Only a small space is required for personal and online training.

All sessions are friendly and supportive and everyone works together but confidently within their own fitness level.  Exercises are fun, including functional movements to improve your day to day activity.  I focus heavily on technique and posture, encouraging your body to move more efficiently and with ease.

There is always lots of variety; including elements of circuit training, kickboxing, HiiT, agility and strength flows.  Each session is different, planned specifically to improve endurance, stability and strength whilst minimising the risk of injury.

All of my sessions include a combination of aerobic and resistance training for optimal health and fitness.
